Portfolio Management Services

Equity PMS

Aggressive: The focus of this portfolio will be on small cap and mid cap stocks. The portfolio will take event based calls to enhance portfolio returns.
Moderate: This portfolio will invest predominantly in large and midcap companies. The focus will be on stock selection upcoming businesses and in high growth sectors.
Conservative: This portfolio will be invested primarily in large cap companies and have a small exposure to mid cap companies.
Equity Quant Strategy (EQS): Equity Quant Strategy is a proprietary quantitative model, and it uses a variant of GARCH to forecast volatility. This strategy attempts to identify & optimize Returns & Risk for each stock in the universe using momentum factors based on historical price data.

Corporate Action Opportunities Portfolio

To build the equity portfolio to generate returns through Price mismatch and expected corporate actions opportunities in equity or equity related instruments due to anticipated corporate actions such as Dividend, Buy-Back, Merger-Demerger, Open Offer, Delisting and Rights, Bonus, Split, OFS and other.
Focus will be on early identification of the companies with anticipation of respective corporate actions.
Not more than 30% of the fund would be allocated in single corporate action (Indicative, as per the discretion of the fund manager)
